MISSION AND VISION:
Vision: All persons residing in the Tri-County area receive needed health services in a timely and respectful manner.
Mission: To facilitate accessibility, navigation and effective utilization of needed health care services to all persons residing in the Tri-County area.
We will accomplish this by:
a) Focusing on those in need of Medicaid, BadgerCare, and other health care programs and coverage;
b) Removing barriers that prevent individuals from using preventive, chronic, and acute health care services across their lifespan;
c) Improving communication, collaboration and coordination among health care system providers and partners;
d) Expanding the number of providers offering services to our customers
e) Advocating for policies that support appropriate health services for all; and
f) Educating customers about the benefits of prevention in maintaining optimum health and how to effectively use the services they require.
